Kävimme eilen eläinlääkärissä. Jolietilta otettiin seurantana ultra ja verikokeet. Hän oli tosi yhteistyöhaluinen ja kaikki tietysti ihastelivat häntä ja pentuja. Puolen sentin nesteontelo näkyy vielä ultrassa, mutta antibiootit voitiin lopettaa. Tulehdusarvot ja punasolut olivat ok. Pennut ovat saaneet painoa hyvin lisää, molemmat painoivat yli 300 grammaa tämän aamun punnituksissa. Punnitsemme pennut nyt kahdesti päivässä, aamuin illoin aina yhdeksän maissa. Pentujen kuuluisi saada painoa keskimäärin 15 grammaa per 24 tuntia, joten oikein hyvin meillä sujuu!

Went to the vet yesterday. Joliet had a follow-up ultrasound and some bloodworks. She was very cooperative and everyone of course was pleased and cooed over the kittens. There was a half centimeter fluid area still visible, but we were able to stop the antibiotics. Bloodworks were clear. Kittens have gained weight very well, both were over 300 grams this morning. We weigh the kittens twice a day now, every morning and evening around 9. Kittens should be gaining weight about 15 grams in 24 hours, so we're doing quite well!
